How can I request a group email account for my department?

Faculty & Staff can request the creation of a directory group by filling out a Helpdesk request at http://umhelpdesk.memphis.edu.

You will need to have the full name of the department or organization.  Also, you will need to specify the names of two owners (preferably an LSP and the person who will maintain the group's membership).

  1. Login to the website with your UUID and password.
  2. Select Email.
  3. Select Request a group email address.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Click Submit.
